Order Preparation

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During busier periods, preparation continues with the same level of care while timelines may gently extend in response to order volume.

Large or event-based orders benefit from early placement to allow smooth preparation and organised dispatch.

Shipping Area & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines begin after the order leaves our workspace and enter the postal network.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are structured by order quantity to ensure fairness and efficiency:

• Orders under 50 bags ship for a flat rate of £5.50

• Orders of 50 bags or more qualify for free shipping

Bulk orders are automatically calculated at checkout, allowing larger quantities to ship together seamlessly.

Customers planning larger events or celebrations are welcome to place bulk orders directly through checkout. For bespoke quantities, timing questions, or special coordination, our contact page remains available for enquiries.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided once an order has been dispatched, allowing customers to follow their parcel’s journey from preparation to delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to address issues may require additional postage before re-dispatch.

Occasional delays may arise due to seasonal demand, postal service volume, or external circumstances. Updates are shared whenever possible, and patience during these periods is sincerely appreciated.
